To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and your item must be in the original packaging. In this case, you can simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it based upon the original payment method.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. In addition, please note the following:
- Products can be returned only in the country or region in which they were originally purchased.
- The following products are not eligible for return: used consumables (such as cartridges)
- Should you wish to return ten or more of the same products, you must contact our help centre first.
