This is a common issue which is ok! It may be due to the authorization issue. You must give permission for the application to have FULL photo access to be able to see the entire photo gallery.
- Go to your phone Settings
- Navigate down to the Kodak Photo Printer application settings ( Still in Settings app)
- Click photo access and switch to Full access
If you still do not see your photos, please try deleting the application and re-download the application. On the first access, please select “allow full access” when a pop-up comes up for photo access.
If you have changed these settings and are still experiencing the problem, then there may be an error with importing the photos from the gallery. In this case, please send us a separate message through your order history and we will do everything we can to help you solve the issue.
