This may be due to the authorization issue. Please give permission for the application on photo access. If you are unsure, please try deleting the application and re-download the application. On the first access, please select allow when a pop-up comes up for the photo access.
If you have changed these settings and are still experiencing the problem, then there may be an error with importing the photos from the gallery. In this case, please send us a separate message through your order history and we will do everything we can to help you solve the issue. Thank you.
