How do I replace the cartridge for the Memo ERA MS100?

  1. At the bottom of the device, there is an “OPEN” button and press it with your finger.
  2. When opened, remove the empty cartridge from the device.
  3. Place new cartridge inside, aligning it with the sides of the printer.
    **PLEASE NOTE: The paper should be under the roll not over. It should also be closest to the cutter. Please do not try to shove the wrong placement inside as the ridges are specifically design to be inserted correctly.**
  4. Once done, close the printer door fully until you hear the click sound.
  5. That’s it! You’re done
