How to Replace Cartridge
Cartridge Replacement (30-sec Video)
Cartridge Replacement (MEMO SHOT MS100)
Step.1
Press the button with “Open” engraved on it firmly with your finger to open the cartridge cover.
Step.2
Make sure the triangle on the side of the cartridge (see red circle in the image) matches the shape of the slot before inserting.
Step.3
Pull the paper out slightly so it’s visible outside the device, then close the paper slot cover until you hear a click.

Label Replacement (MEMO LABEL M50)
Step.1
Pull down the slider on the side of the device to open the label slot cover.
Step.2
Insert the cartridge, aligning it with the shape of the slot.
Step.3
Pull the paper out slightly so it’s visible outside the device, then close the paper slot cover until you hear a click.
