Firstly, please make sure you use our app to connect, please double-check that you have downloaded the right application. The name of the application is "KODAK Instant Print".
If you have downloaded the right application, then please first try deleting the app and downloading it again. Also, disconnect the Bluetooth connection you have made and delete it from the list so that you can start the process again from scratch.
Then try connecting it again by following the steps below.:
1. Then find the Bluetooth network name, "Kodak-4digit" from your phone's Bluetooth network list.
2. You can click then connect to the network.
3. Now find the printer on the App if it is detected well.
4. Once you found the printer on the App, you can continue with photo printing.
